For one of our clients based in Geneva, we are looking for a : 

 

COMPLIANCE OFFICER REGULATORY

(TEMPORARY MISSION 3 TO 6 MONTHS)

 

Job description

  • Drive the annual review process
  • Ensure the publication of directives / guidelines on the intranet
  • Participate in internal forums and projects
  • Monitor transposition of Group Guidelines and modifications of existing ones by the Group entities
  • Manage the communication process around updates and modifications with all the relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure the proper maintenance archive as well tracking of any approved waivers

 

Profile required

  • Legal background preferred
  • Experience as legal counsel within a legal firm specialized in private banking or experience in regulatory compliance
  • Fluent English and French
  • Swiss residency
